Congratulations on your journey into parenthood and congratulations on choosing to empower yourself and reclaiming control of your experience by hiring a doula! Designating who is in your support system is such an empowering act, as you get to dictate what is right for you, as well as have someone on your corner who will not only support you emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally, but will educate you and advocate for you as you make informed decisions about your birth. It’s having a birth best friend and guide all in one!
That’s where I come in. My number one goal is to make sure that you have the best birth experience and feel supported all the way through. From the moment you select me as your doula, I will hold space for you, educate you so you can make informed decisions, act as an advocate, and provide emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual support.
**While I recognize the value and investment of the services I provide, I believe that a supported birth and postpartum experience should be accessible to everyone and am happy to work with your budget. If you require special pricing consideration please do not hesitate to ask about my payment options. **
This package includes:
Complimentary consultation before hire
Unlimited text and email support from date of hire
Access to resources and Village Lending Library
Physical, emotional, informational, spiritual support during pregnancy, labor, and delivery
Birth Preference/Plan Creation
2 prenatal visits (time permitting, the first of which will be virtual) to discuss concerns, questions, comfort measures, infant care, postpartum care plan, etc.
On call from week 38 until day of arrival
Labor support from requested time of arrival until 1-2 hours after birth
Initial feeding support after birth
1 virtual debrief/decompression session following birth
Phone support in the days following birth
1 postpartum visit within 10 days of birth (additional visits can be purchased separately at postpartum rate)
