Food plays an integral role in healing during postpartum for the birthing person. The needs of your body have changed from before pregnancy, to pre-birth, and now in the postpartum stage. Eating well can better support your physical, emotional, and mental well being. Having someone to nurture you in this way also promotes rest and connection with your new baby.
Food is one of the many ways I can provide support to you in your postpartum journey. I offer a selection of options tailored to your dietary preferences and cultural needs, to help facilitate healing and recovery after birth.
